Stephen Jabro

Operations Manager at Jon Wayne Heating & Air

Stephen joined the company in 2015, coming with 5 years of HVAC experience to bring his expert skills to help the homeowners we service here in Springfield.

While Stephen attended school in Buffalo, Missouri, he hasn’t always lived here. He was born in Chula Vista, California. When he’s not hard at work making homes comfortable across Springfield, you’ll likely find Stephen outside playing disk golf or just enjoying the great outdoors. He is also a self-described “huge nerd”. He loves games, movies, and anime He even attended the San Diego Comic Con a few years ago.

Bill Westpfahl

Project & Operations Manager

Bill Westpfahl is Project & Operations Manager at Jon Wayne Heating & Air. He has a quarter of a century worth of experience in the HVAC industry. Bill joined the team back when owner JR Gardner purchased the business. But more than that, there’s another reason why he’s a familiar face for our customers. Bill had been with the previous heating and air company for 20 years!

Bill was born in Kansas City, Missouri and attended high school in Belton, MO. Bill then served in the military for 23 years, first in the Air Force on active duty then in the Air Force Reserves. During his service, Bill was an air traffic controller and worked in the control tower at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. Also while stationed in Idaho, Bill attended Boise State University. He later went on to get his Associates Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Technology. Bill received his HVAC technical training by completing the U.S. Air Force’s HVAC program and then served as an HVAC technician for his 18 years in the Air Force Reserves!

Bill and his wife Sharon have two boys and two girls. They are also proud grandparents of two young grandchildren. When he’s not busy repairing furnaces and air conditioners across southwest Missouri, Bill enjoys being outside hunting and fishing.

Aaron Roby

Office Manager at Jon Wayne Heating & Air.

Aaron just joined the company in 2019 but has quickly proven himself as a valuable member of the team. Aaron joined us with 7 years of HVAC experience.

Aaron was born not far from here in Bolivar, Missouri and attended Buffalo High School He went on to attend Missouri State University. Aaron and his wife, Virginia, have a young son who keeps them quite busy. He also enjoys spending time watching movies and playing video games.
